About Padded Pawpaw

Padded Pawpaw was started in the UK by founder Stephanie - an Australian living in London through the pandemic.

Our products are brought to life through our fair-trade partners in China. Fair working conditions and workplace health and safety is at the forefront of our business decisions and we share these values with all of our partners.


FREE TRACKED SHIPPING when you spend £45 or more on your total order.

Alternatively, enjoy REGULAR TRACKED SHIPPING for £8 on every order if you spend less than £45 on your total order.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

All custom fees and taxes are included in the final sale price on our website.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimated shipping times*:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 4-10 days
  • Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada: 5-16 days

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

When orders are first shipped it can sometimes take 2-3 days for the tracking information to update in the logistics system.

You have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return on all full-priced purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resale-able condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase so we can verify your order. Please note that you will be responsible for organising and paying for your return via a tracked service.
