I got the wrong product , I received the birds of prey design vs. the Sundance one I ordered. I followed protocol for a refund/ and or return . Initially they emailed quickly and said I could keep the blanket after I sent pictures showing the wrong one . They advised they would ship me the correct one . I had to email a couple days later to touch base , they claimed they mailed me it, and sent a tracking number . After a week , there is no information on tracking number and they haven’t replied to the last email I sent to check status .
